The problem
Meddes Technologies, a startup housed in the HIT Innovation Hub, needed an end-to-end electronics partner to take their CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) ventilator concept through schematic, PCB, firmware, assembly, and validation. The team had the clinical concept; they lacked an in-house electronics engineering capability.
What we built
BlitzTech took the project from idea to final prototype: schematic and PCB design, firmware authoring, electronic components sourcing, BOQ generation, PCB fabrication oversight, electronic assembly, and end-to-end bench testing. Every revision went through structured test plans against the medical-device performance envelope.

Outcome
The CPAP prototype passed animal trials and advanced to clinical trials, a verified, working, locally-engineered medical-device prototype originating from the HIT Innovation Hub.
